This week, I started promoting the process of my month-long project to write and sell a book using an Instagram channel. As I’m sharing this Instagram channel, It was necessary for me to create a common workplace where both of us (the co-authors) could discuss and decide on our social media posts. To enable that, I created a “Social media calendar” Airtable, and invited the co-author as an admin.

We’ve been using this Airtable to keep track of all our social media content. I integrated our Instagram account to the Airtable to get a direct preview of all our posts from the Airtable itself. As in previous tables, I made a Kanban and Calendar view to keep track of statuses and deadlines. In this table, however, I also used a gallery view to easily view all our posts from one place.
